This is it. We saw the prototypes in Italy a while ago, and now we see it unveiled, all covers off. The Roadster BC uses a new AMG developed twin-turbo V12 making more than 800 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque. Pagani hasn’t yet confirmed the 0-60 time and the top speed of the new Roadster but we’re guessing it’ll be more than the current Huayra Roadster at 2.9 to 60 and a top speed of 210 mph. The new BC will aim to make 1,102 lbs of downforce at 174 mph and it weighs in at 2,755 pounds dry.
Pagani still wanted to make the new Roadster useable on the streets so they made sure the ground clearance is high enough for public road so no worries there.
The front end was redeveloped to increase heat exchange and improve downforce while the new rear keeps the pressure center constant and the wing even has an effect at low, legal speeds. And on this BC, six pipes let out exhaust gas, the usual four near the active flaps, and two more direct outlets in the diffuser to create more downforce, notice a theme?
Finally, the interior, the carbo-wood and leather combo looks stunning. Racing style seats are available with 4 point seatbelts to hold you in tight on whatever track you and you billionaire friends are racing on.
